The student must be enrolled with Apex Education only. If any other institute claims him/her as a student, he/she will not be eligible for the award. The award scheme is applicable to the all India Rank of general category only. The aware money will be paid in India rupees only. In all cases the decision of the Director/Center Incharge of the institute shall be final. These merit awards are applicable only to the entrance examinations stated above, leading to admission to an undergraduate degree course of the respective institutes academic year If student after paying the fees for any course wants to withdraw and seek refund within the specified tenure, the following criteria would be applicable. Withdrawl & refund rule :Tenure of The Program/Course-One Year Student seeking the refund before the commencement of the said course. Admission fee will be deducted and the balance amount (Lumpsum / Installment) will be refunded Students seeking refund within 10 days from the date of commencement of the course. Admission fee + 20% of the remaining amount will be deducted and the balance amount (Lumpsum / Installment) will be refunded. Student seeking refund within 30 days from the date of commencement of the course. Admission fee + 40% of the remaining amount will be deducted and the balance amount (Lumpsum/Installment) will be refunded. Student seeking refund within 75 days from the date of commencement of the course. Admission fee + 75% of the remaining amount will be deducted and the balance amount (Lumpsum/Installment) will be refunded. Student seeking refund after 75 days of commencement of the course. No refund would be made of any amount on any grounds.
