MD (Hom) - Homoeopathic Pharmacy 2) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MD (HOMOEOPATHY) PROGRAM a) The candidates must pass BHMS / BHMS (Graded) or its equivalent Degree recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy and Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi. b) The candidates must have permanent Registration of his/her name with any of the State Homoeopathy Medical Council/Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi. c) Candidates should have qualified Percentile Score in the AIAPGET 2018 (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test) conducted by All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi. d) Candidates belonging to any State / Union Territory of India are eligible. NOTE: Mere appearance in AIAPGET 2018 does not confer any right to the candidate for admission into MD (Homoeopathy) Program. The selection and admission is subject to the fulfillment of all the admission criteria on eligibility, All India rank in AIAPGET 2018 merit list, medical fitness and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and Vinayaka Mission s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) from time to time.

5 3) ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE Candidates who have passed qualifying examination other than Vinayaka Mission s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) should obtain Eligibility Certificate from Vinayaka Mission s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) Salem and submit it at the time of admission. 4) APPLICATION FORM AND PROCEDURE a) Cost of Application form Rs.2,000/- b) Application form can be downloaded from the University website or College website The candidates should filled-in application form with the photo copy of the documents must be submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.2,000/- drawn in favour of Vinayaka Mission s Research Foundation payable at Salem must reach the following address within the last date, as notified in the website. 6 f) Incomplete applications shall be rejected. g) A candidate can submit only one application for MD (Homoeopathy) Program. The candidate of those submitting more than one application for a Speciality will be cancelled. 6) PHOTOCOPY OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM a) AIAPGET 2018 Admit Card b) AIAPGET 2018 Mark Sheet / Merit Sheet c) Degree / Provisional Certificate d) Degree Mark Sheets e) Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate are issued from the concerned Institution last studied f) Community Certificate (If applicable) g) Internship Completion Certificate h) Permanent Registration Certificate obtained from the respective State Homoeopathy Medical Council / Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi. i) Migration Certificate ( if qualified other than VMRF DU) 7) ADMISSION PROCEDURE a) AIAPGET 2018 is eligibility cum - ranking examination prescribed as a single entrance examination to various AYUSH Programs. b) Counseling / Admission call letter will be intimated in the University website. Failure to report in time on the date fixed for counseling / admission can result in forfeiting his / her chance for admission. c) Candidates must have obtained the qualified marks / percentile score in the AIAPGET 2018 conducted by the All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi. d) Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats. As soon as the seats are filled, the admissions shall be closed. Merely being called for and presenting oneself for counseling will not confer any right for admission.

7 8) IMPORTANT NOTE a) Candidates are advised to check the website of the University and College for updates from time to time. b) All admissions are subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria prescribed by the CCH and medical fitness of the candidates. Those who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit will not be admitted to the course of study. If it is found at a later stage, that the candidate has given false information / forged certificates or concealed any materials of fact information, his / her admission will be cancelled without any notice. 9 h) At the time of admission, candidates should sign in the declaration / undertakings declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulations of the University including Anti-Ragging regulations of the UGC/CCH and observe good conduct and behaviour and that they are bound by the University rules on payment of fee / refund of fee. 10) REFUND POLICY S. No. Time of Withdrawal Fee Refund 01 In case candidate resign after the first round of counseling 02 In case candidate resign after the second round of counseling. 03 If candidate resign after the last day of admission as prescribed by the CCH. 04 Penalty to be imposed if any candidate resigns / withdraws from the course resulting in rendering the seat vacant. Only 90% of the Tuition Fee will be refundable (excluding other fee) No refund of Tuition Fee & other Fee. The entire Course fee have to be paid by the candidate. If any candidate discontinues the course and the seat is rendered vacant, in addition to the forfeiture of the first year fee paid, the student has to remit the entire course fee for the remaining years of the course period. 11) DISCONTINUANCE FROM COURSE OF STUDY a) Where any student applies for discontinuance, or without any application discontinues on his / her own, from the course to which he / she has been admitted, for any reason, either after the cut-off date prescribed by the statutory authorities for admission to the first year of the course concerned or where the seat is rendered vacant without having any chance of being filled up with any other candidate from the waiting list etc., such student shall have to remit the tuition fee and other applicable fee for the entire / remaining course period. Unless and until payment of all the prescribed fee for the entire / remaining course period is made to the University, such student shall not be entitled to any certificate including Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet etc., to be issued by the University on to get back his / her original certificates deposited with the University at the time of admission.

10 b) All students and parents shall be required to furnish a declaration agreeing to the above said conditions at the time of admission. 12) PREVENTION OF RAGGING a) 'Ragging' means indulging in any act by disorderly conduct to a student of an educational Institution, which causes or is likely to cause physical or psychological harm or raising apprehension or shame or embarrassment to that student and includes teasing or abusing or playing practical jokes or causing hurt to such students or asking a student to do any act or to perform something which such student will not in the ordinary course be willing to do. In case, the applicant for admission is found to have indulged in ragging in the past or if it is noticed later that he/she has indulged in ragging, admission may be refused or he/she shall be expelled from the educational institution. b) In this context every student of the institution and his/her parents, or guardian is required to submit a combined undertaking at the time of registration / admission in prescribed format (which will be provided by the institution) which is mandatory for registration / admission. c) Anti-Ragging Regulations of the University Grants Commission, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi are forming part of the terms of admissions and are made available to all candidates and their parents for information and compliance. All institutions are obliged to strictly adhere to Anti Ragging Regulations. 13) LIST OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED FOR COUNSELING The candidates should produce the following certificates / documents in original along with 4 sets of photocopies of the same at the time of counseling for verification and should be submitted to the University at the time of admission. a) AIAPGET 2018 Admit Card issued by All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi b) AIAPGET 2018 Mark Sheet / Merit Sheet issued by AIIA, New Delhi c) Degree / Provisional Certificate d) Degree Mark Sheets

In respect of all matters relating to or arising out of this information for candidates, the jurisdiction shall lie in Salem only.
