AIIMS, Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh is a newly sanctioned AIIMS by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India and the recruitment to various posts is being done for the first time. 2. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare vide its letter No.Z /220/2013-SSH (68722) dated has authorized PGIMER, Chandigarh for recruitment of personnel for operationalization of OPD services at AIIMS, Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. These posts are meant for AIIMS, Rae Bareli and the candidates selected for these posts will be posted at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh by the competent authority as per decision of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. AGE LIMIT- From Sr.No.01 to 08 upper age limit is 30 years. NOTE-I : The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The competent authority of PGIMER, Chandigarh reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies at any stage. PGIMER also reserves the right to withdraw any post at any stage. The reservation will be followed as per Government of India Rules. 3. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application on prescribed performa placed at Annexure A and should reach in the office of Registrar by Registered Post/By Hand on or before. 4. The decision of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh in this regard shall be final and binding. The offer of appointment when made will be provisional and subject to

4 verification of credentials (Educational & Personal) by competent authority. The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. No correspondence whatsoever would be entertained in this regard. 5. Application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) for open category and Rs. 800/- (non-refundable) for SC/ST category candidates are required to be submitted through Demand Draft in favour of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh. No application fee is required for PWD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates. 6. Those who are working in Central/State Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Institution must submit a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employers at the time of interview. 7. Self Attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark sheets, Age proof, Caste certificates etc. may be annexed with the application and the same shall be produced in original along with photocopy for verification at the time of interview. 8. Reservation for PWD candidates 5 % (on horizontal basis). 9. For eligibility to applying for these posts upper age limit as on last date of submission of application will be 30 years. 10. Age limit refers to completed age as mentioned in eligibility criteria, in years as on last date of submission of application form. 11. In the case of Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates, age relaxation up to maximum period of 5 years. 12. For Persons with Disability (PWD): i. The candidate must possess a valid document certifying his/her physical disability is conforming to judgment of Supreme Court of India i.e.: With the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India vide letter no.18018/2/2009-me(p-1)dated it has been decided that while providing reservation in admission to medical course in the first instance candidates with disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% shall be considered and in case candidates are not available of such candidates in that category then the candidates with disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50% will also be considered for admission as per decision in the Writ Petition (Civil) 184/2005-Dr.Kumar Sourav Vs. UOI & others in the Supreme Court of India. ii. The disability certificate should be signed by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Govt. Hospitals/Institutions & countersigned by Medical Superintendent. iii. The constitution of the Medical Board will be one consultant each from disciplines of Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Surgery.

5 iv. OPH candidates who apply will be considered against seats in category in which he/she has applied i.e. GEN or OBC. Last seat in the respective category will be offered to OPH candidates, (in case OPH candidate is not to make able on his/her their own merit). 13. SELECTION PROCEDURE : Selection will be made on the basis of Interview Shortlisting of candidates for interview will be done on the basis of educational qualification, experience etc. and/or as per the shortlisting criteria as may be decided by the Competent Authority. In case large number of applications are received for any post, a Screening Test may be conducted for shortlisting of candidates and the same shall be notified in due course on the website of PGIMER, Chandigarh. The decision of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh in this regard shall be final and binding. 14. The candidate should have MBBS/BDS (including completion of Internship) or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/DCI for the relevant post/specialization. 15. Only those candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS (including internship) not earlier than two years before the start date of Junior Residency will be considered It implies that those who have completed MBBS/BDS or equivalent course (including completion of Internship) between to will be considered. 16. DMC/DDC/MCI/DCI/State Registration is mandatory before joining, if selected. 17. Those who had joined Junior Residency anywhere else and whose services were terminated on account of unauthorized absence or any other disciplinary/ground, will be ineligible to be considered for these Junior Resident post even if they otherwise qualify 18. The written test (if required) will be held at Chandigarh. 19. List of eligible candidates, Date, time & for written Test/Interview shall be put up on PGIMER website. 20. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. 21. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law. 22. In case, any information given or declaration by the candidate is found at any later stage to be false or if the candidate willfully suppresses any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action as deemed fit by the appointing authority shall be final. 23. The candidate who is already in government service shall submit No Objection Certificate from the present employer at the time of Interview. 2. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection. 3. The appointment is under Govt. of India Residency Scheme for a period of 11 months with effect from the date of joining. The appointment can also be terminated at any time, on either side, by giving one month s notice or by paying one month s salary, without assigning any reason or failure to complete the period of three months to the satisfaction of competent authority. The appointee shall be on the whole time appointment of the AIIMS, Rae Bareli and shall not accept any other assignment, paid or otherwise and shall not engage himself/herself in a private practice of any kind during the period of engagement. He/She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees. The appointee shall perform the duties assigned to him/her. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required. No extra/additional allowances will be admissible in case of such assignment. 4. If an appointee wishes to apply somewhere else or resign within the first 03 (three) months of joining, then neither he/she will be issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) nor he/she will receive any Relieving Letter or Experience Certificate. 5. The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the Government Servants, appointed on regular basis. 6. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law. 7. In case, any information given or declaration by the candidate is found at any later stage to be false or if the candidate willfully suppresses any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action as deemed fit by the appointing authority shall be taken. 8. The decision of the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

Leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per Govt. of India s Residency Scheme. 12. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate. 17.
