This exhibition has been funded by the Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust. Making Meaning: A Studio Approach to Teaching and Learning JANUARY 16 APRIL 24, 2016 Explore artworks created by teachers during an immersive 3-day summer program that examined the artistic process and its implications for creativity and cognition. Led by two artists, the workshop emphasized experimentation, risk-taking, improvisation, and the development of individual voice. This multidisciplinary approach, embraced by participants, highlighted the various ways in which artists use materials and processes to make sense of the world. 7
