2 WELCOME Welcome to The Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts the oldest fine arts museum in Alabama. Noted for its outstanding collection of American paintings, sculpture, and works on paper, the Museum also boasts an impressive collection of Old Master prints, Southern regional art, Studio Glass, and decorative arts. More than 150,000 visitors tour the Museum annually. Partnerships with local schools expose more than 11,000 area school children to the arts every year. Located within the Blount Cultural Park, the Museum is nestled in one of the most picturesque spots in Montgomery. The Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts provides a unique and sophisticated setting to showcase dreams and make business occasions truly memorable. 4 The Rotunda The grand Rotunda, with its classically inspired dome, monumental columns, marble floors, and gracious Foyer entrance is a work of art in itself. The Rotunda features:» Ample space to accommodate up to 115 for a seated dinner or 200 for a cocktail reception» Easy access to adjoining galleries, which are available to be open during events» Direct access onto the beautiful lakeside Terrace and amazing views of the park» Access to the adjacent gallery, Durr-Fillauer, which can accommodate an additional 35 guests for dinner and 100 guests for a cocktail reception Photo: David Robertson

5 The Terrace Photo: David Robertson The beautiful lakeside Terrace provides the perfect backdrop for a diverse range of events. Porte cocheres, a fountain, the lake, and a view of the rolling parkland create a dramatic experience. 6 Lowder Gallery In the Lowder Gallery the dramatic and monumental stained glass windows by Cappy Thompson provide the perfect setting for any large-scale event. The Lowder Gallery features:» Space to accommodate up to 200 for a seated dinner or 300 for a cocktail reception» Access to the adjacent, Orientation Circle, which has a variety of uses including space for cocktails at a dinner event or a unique space for a band at a cocktail reception» A beautiful glass Atrium gallery also adjoins Lowder and provides a magnificent entrance as well as additional space for cocktails

7 Orientation Circle contact The Orientation Circle with curved walls, theater style acoustics, and projection equipment is the perfect space for intimate luncheons, dinners, or meetings. The Orientation Circle features:» Space to accommodate a seated luncheon or dinner for up to 70 guests» A retractable screen and projection system» Easy access to restrooms For more information on space rentals, membership, exhibitions, programs, and services, visit mmfa.org. Special Events Office The Wilson Auditorium is chosen by professional musicians, local schools, and business organizations as center stage for masterful Wilson Auditorium presentations and programs. The Wilson Auditorium features:» Inclined theater style seating for up to 240 guests» A raised stage» Adjustable lighting» Audio-visual equipment to including a retractable screen The Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts reserves the right to decline involvement in any project or event and to approve all collateral for events hosted at its facility.
