3 INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNICS AND COMMUNICATIONS, JSC Technics and Communications, JSC (T&C) is one of the leading specialized exhibition companies of the Republic of Belarus carrying on its activity since Since 2013, T&C is a member of the Exhibitions and Fairs Organizers Union. The main types of activity of the company are as follows: organizing international exhibitions, forums, conferences and congresses in the Republic of Belarus; organizing national exhibitions (expositions) of the Republic of Belarus in other countries; designing, planning and construction of exhibition halls and stands. International exhibitions, forums, conferences and congresses in the Republic of Belarus In accordance with the Annual National Calendar of Exhibitions to be held in Belarus T&C organizes the largest international specialized exhibitions, forums and congresses in Belarus focused on the major social and economic industries: telecommunications, information and bank technologies, energy, energy saving, environment protection, printing production and publishing, transportation and logistics, chemistry, oil, gas, designing and construction of nuclear power stations, health care, dentistry, cosmetology, aesthetics medicine, hairdressing and others. The exhibitions are held in close cooperation with branch ministries, concerns and committees, the Minsk City Executive Committee, research and development institutes as well as the educational establishments. The exhibitions are regularly visited by Belarusian and by foreign delegations of high level. Belarusian national exhibitions and expositions abroad During many years T&C acts as an operator of Belarusian national exhibitions and expositions to be held in accordance with the Belarusian national exhibitions (expositions) plans in other countries that are approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. The national expositions of Belarus many times were displayed at the largest specialized exhibitions in Germany (Hannover, Munich, Karlsruhe), Russia (Moscow, Ekaterinburg), Lithuania (Vilnius). T&C was an organizer of the National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus at the World Exhibition EXPO-2000 in Hannover (Germany) and the work of company s team was highly appreciated by the German colleagues. The Belarusian Government accorded a thank to the team of the company and Mr. G.Bondarev, the director was awarded a certificate of honour of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. In 2001 the National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus displayed at the intergovernmental exhibition devoted to the 10th anniversary of the CIS foundation, was recognized the best one and awarded a special diploma of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Commonwealth of Independent States. T&C was awarded the gold medal of the All-Russian Exhibition Center. BelarusExpo national exhibitions as well as the Days of Belarusian Economy were held at high organizational level in the following countries: Lithuania (1997, 1999, 2001, 2007, 2009); Latvia (1996, , 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012); Kazakhstan (2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013); Ukraine (2001); Finland (2001); Hungary (2002); Russia ( ). For significant contribution to the preparation and conducting the national exhibitions of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Latvia ( , Riga) and in the Republic of Kazakhstan ( , Astana) T&C was awarded the diplomas of the exhibition organizing committee. 3

4 Designing, planning and construction of expositions and stands Since 1993, T&C is a member of the OSPI International Association (Octanorm Service Partner International) which includes more than 150 exhibition organizations from 50 countries working in the field of construction as well as in the field of erection of the exhibition halls. For construction the exhibition halls, T&C uses the latest certified equipment produced by the OCTANORM Company, a well-known world leader of the industry. Designing and construction of expositions and stands are carried out in accordance with the international standards, the statistical stability requirements, the fire and electrical safety requirements. In 2014 the company received ISO 9001:2008 (СТБ ISO ) international certificate of quality management system and was registered in the Russian Register Certification System with number T&C develops projects in design and construction of exhibition stands for Belarusian and foreign customers. The most famous customers of the company are: Belarusian Metallurgic Plant, Turbomach (Caterpillar Company), Belpromimpex, Belenergo, Energopromis, Beltelecom, BELPOST, Cosmos TV, МТS, ZTE Corporation, Huawei Technologies, XEROX, Priorbank, Belkniga, Spartak, Belita, Belarusian Railway, Belavia Belarusian Airlines, Lithuanian Railways, Riga Commercial Port and many others. Designers of T&C consisting of the composite authors of the Wheel of Life group have developed the design project of the Belarusian National Pavilion which was displayed at the EXPO Milano 2015 as well as the design of its interior. The high quality level of exhibitions held by T&C has been obtained due to the use of modern equipment, engagement of the high qualified personnel, the use of the automated systems of design as well as the contemporary information technologies and the close cooperation with great number of partners.
