2 Page 2 Description of Exhibition Art of Gastronomy is a juried exhibition that presents the passion of food and drink, the mystique and culture surrounding it, the kitchens and environs where cuisine is prepared, served and consumed, the people involved in its preparation and presentation, and of the food and drink itself as seen through the eyes of artists who taste and appreciate each meal with gusto, and preserve memories of gastronomic adventures and experiences though their art. Art of Gastronomy serves to bring to light, the grueling planning, exacting elements and attention to detail that go into making fine bites and sips memorable.
