7 VERIFICATION OF SPECIAL (NON-FORMAL) ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS In January 2012 AEC started with verification of special (non-formal) adult education programs After successful completion of the verified program candidates receive state recognized certificate AEC verifies 2 types of programs: Programs leading to knowledge, skills and competences Programs leading to qualification/partial qualification Monitoring of the implementation of the verified programs Operation Plan for Active Labour Measures and Employment Programs
