1 OSCA /2018 Calendar We operate by the following principles: 1. Additions to the calendar may only be made with notice of at least half a term. 2. An update will be published every half term, this will be updated on our website, on outlook and on sims. 3. Notice of staffing implications / cover for trips must be with Andy Morgan at least 4 weeks before a trip leaves and all trips must be approved thought the online Evolve System from this point onwards, an addition here is not necessarily approval for your trip. 4. Fully completed Evolve Trip Packs, which have approval for cover from Andy Morgan, have to be with Sue Bowron 2 weeks before a trip leaves. Unless it is a residential when it must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to departure. Please be advised if these timings are not adhered to the trip itself will not take place. 5. It is recognised that students qualifying for the next round of a competition (or similar) may have to be treated as an exception to principle 1. It is recognised that some opportunities come up that we would not wish our students to miss out on. These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and the appropriate member of the SLT will decide upon this.
