1 EEA AND NORWAY GRANTS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

2 economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and to the strengthening of cooperation with 15 countries in Central and Southern Europe. PO: MoF / PP: MoE / DPP: Directorate of Nature Management CZ03 Programme for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO Programme) / 9.81 mil. The programme is designed to support NGOs pursuing public interest in their operations. The main topics programme also focuses on environmental protection and work with children at risk. The programme will be + Environmental Partnership Foundation (Nadace CZ04 Children and Youth at Risk / 4.3 mil. of the network of services related to work with families and on increasing stakeholders involvement in decisionmaking processes. An OC, an SGS and a PDP focused on PO: MoF / PP: MoLSA CZ05 National, Regional and Local Initiatives to Reduce Inter-Group Inequalities and to Promote Social Inclusion / 1.24 mil. One PDP will be carried out as part of the programme, aiming at strengthening the implementation inclusion policies and combatting the manifestations of extremism and racism. The project entitled Campaign against Racism and Hate Violence entails a national campaign in the media and educational programmes for teachers, in the Ústecký and Moravskoslezský Regions.

4 CZ06 Cultural Heritage and Contemporary Art / mil. one Conservation and Revitalization of Cultural Heritage is focused on projects dealing with museum- heritage and renovation of immovable cultural heritage listed in the Central List of Cultural Heritage of the Czech cultural heritage management). Programmes (NAEP)/ DPP: Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Education, Icelandic Education Affairs, Liechtenstein NORWAY GRANTS CZ08 Pilot Studies and Surveys on Carbon Capture and Storage Technology (CCS) / 7.04 mil. The programme is designed to facilitate implementation technologies that will result in enhanced knowledge and international cooperation in this area. 5 CZ11 Public Health Initiatives / mil. The programme is divided into two areas. PO: MoF / PP: MoH / DPP: Norwegian Institute of Public Health CZ12 Mainstreaming Gender Equality and Promoting Work-Life Balance / Fighting Domestic and Gender-Based Violence / 6.2 mil. with equal opportunities for men and women in business, institutional measures to ensure equal opportunities and a higher rate of participation of women in public life. The second area is concerned with prevention and support for people facing domestic violence. It is also focused on support for education and watchdog activities of public administration bodies. An OC and an SGS will be implemented as part of the programme. CZ13 Domestic and Gender-Based Violence / Mainstreaming Gender Equality and Promoting Work-Life Balance / 0.84 mil. One PDP will be implemented as part of the programme. It will aim at supporting preventive measures to combat domestic violence and at building capacities at public effective opportunities for harmonising work and private/ the project. PO: MoF / PP: MoLSA CZ14 Strengthening the Schengen Cooperation and Combatting Cross-Border and Organised Crime, / 7.04 mil. The programme consists of a number of PDPs the between the relevant government bodies. PO: MoF / PP: MoI CZ15 Judicial Capacity Building and cooperation / Correctional Services Including Non-Custodial Sanctions / 4.93 mil. Several PDPs will be implemented within the programme. The projects deal with issues such as refurbishment of Probation and Mediation Service and the Prison Service. groups of prisoners (schemes for prisoners, materials for imprisoned foreign nationals) and enhancement of videoconferences. PO: MoF / PP: MoI / DPP: Council of Europe Global Fund for Decent Work and Tripartite Dialogue / 0.7 mil. The programme, which is allocated 1% of the total promotion of decent work and improvement of tripartite unions and public authorities in supporting equitable and sustainable economic and social development. Two OCs took place in 2012, no other OCs are expected.
