7 Questions and Answers from Pre-Bid Meeting Held on December 19, 2011 Question: Will the sand for the livestock pens be furnished by the Site Contractor? Answer: Yes Question: Who is to haul dirt off from the site? Answer: The Site Contractor. Question: Can the proposed waterline run through easement located at the bridge? We have been told it must stay on private property. Answer: Harris County MUD District 5 has grated Aldine ISD permission to perform the proposed work through this easement.
