1 College Sport Survey The Association of Colleges and British Colleges Sport collect sport data to assess progress against the targets set in the national college sport strategy. The data provides essential management information for your college, with regional and national benchmarks for you to compare, and will help you identify priorities for your Self-Assessment Review (SAR) and college sport strategies. It also provides us with a valuable advocacy tool to make the case for further investment into college sport nationally. The following document provides guidance regarding the interpretation of some of the questions: Guide to the College Sport Survey It is essential that you refer to definitions and key terms used so that you are familiar with what should and should not be included in each answer. The deadline for submissions is Friday 18 July Please note the following: This survey is about all full-time students in colleges. The survey has been sent to college Principals (for info) and all sport contacts, including Heads of Sport, Sports Co-ordinators, Sport Development Officers and College Sport Makers. The survey should be completed once for each college. Survey returns must be approved by a member of the college Senior Management Team before submission. This system enables the respondent to save and come back to the survey at any time. Simply click the Save and continue button, enter your address, and an automated will be sent to you containing a link to where you left off. If you have any queries, please contact Stephen Hunt, Sport Communications Officer, at stephen_hunt@aoc.co.uk or Thank you for your time. Your details will remain strictly anonymous. Page 1 of 3 Q1.
