10 Selecting Testing Staff Page 8 Those ineligible to serve as staff: High school students, volunteers, and lower-division undergraduate students Anyone intending to take WorkKeys within 12 months Anyone involved with WorkKeys test prep 10

11 Potential Conflicts of Interest Page 8 If a relative will be testing at a school in your state, you can t: Examinee scores will be cancelled if a relative: Serve as TC or Back-up TC Served as TC/back-up TC at a school in the state Have access to secure materials Served as a RS or proctor for his/her room Had access to test materials 11

18 Unauthorized Transfer of Materials Page 11 Test materials need ACT authorization to be transferred to other locations Scores will be cancelled if an examinee tests with unauthorized materials 18

19 Security of Test Materials Page 11 Test booklets cannot be photocopied Test booklet seals can only be broken by the examinee on test day Scores will be cancelled if the examinee has advance access to test content 19

20 Receipt and Check-In of Test Booklets Page 11 Within 24 hours of receipt, the STC must: Open the carton(s) and count all test booklets Check the serial numbers of test booklets against the WKEYM Pack/Return Slip 20

21 In the Event of a Security Breach Page 12 Call ACT at ext if: Any items are missing from your shipment Received test booklets don t match serial numbers on WKEYM Slip Test booklet seals are broken at any time expect by examinee Cartons or materials seem tampered with A test booklet is lost, stolen, or missing at any time Someone had unauthorized access to the materials 21
