2 Staff PD Day Sponsorships For businesses that would like the opportunity to feature their business or product to the faculty and staff, Nixa Public Schools is offering sponsorships of the professional development day that would allow you to set up a table and have information available for staff to pick up during the morning hours of each day. Since businesses are not allowed to set up tables in the work room or distribute information in staff mailboxes, this will be a great way for you to expose your business or product to the staff of Nixa Public Schools. August 4 (Friday) Professional Development Day (table space available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.): $150 Banner Package Banner Package One banner in gyms with advertising (Nixa Junior High main gym, Nixa Junior High FEMA gym, Nixa High School auxiliary gym, Inman, Summit, Mathews, High Pointe, JTSD. Faught, Century, and High Pointe). $2500 per year. $2000 renewal If there is space in the high school main gym and you want to add a banner there, the package will be $2900 or $2400 renewal. Sport Shirt Sponsor Shirt Sponsorship A seasonal game shirt that will be thrown out at the home games for the sports listed below. This will be a unique design for that season and will not be sold or available anywhere else. Football Game Shirt & Basketball Shirt Premium spot at top of shirt 2 ad spots wide x 2 ad spots tall: $ ad slots available on each shirt (you can purchase more than one) $250 per ad slot per sport shirt Tiger Roast Shirt $100 per advertising spot

3 QuickNews, QuickNews TV, & Staff Communicator QuickNews The district s biweekly e-newsletter, QuickNews, is distributed to an average of 4,000 addresses. QuickNews is the community s and parent s connection with school district events and news. QuickNews runs from August-June of each school year. QuickNews TV Nixa Public Schools has launched its own weekly online news program highlighting various events and accomplishments in a short broadcast. The videos will be distributed through social media as well as placed on the district website. Sponsors will receive their logo on each video. Total views for (as of March 2017): 120,000+ (200+% increase from the previous year) This is just an example and not a guarantee of any future viewership. The figure above shows an illustration of the banner ads available through QuickNews. Pricing: Top Horizonal Ad Semester sponsorship (1st semester or 2nd semester) : $1,500 Year sponsorship : $2,500 Side Bar (Vertical Ad) & QuickNews TV Sponsor Monthly (August-May): $300 per month Year Sponsorship: $2500 Staff Communicator The district s weekly staff e-newsletter is distributed to an average of 1,200 addresses. Ad space will be on the top left of the e-newsletter (similar to the QuickNews side ad placement). Staff Communicator runs from August through May of each school year. Pricing: Semester sponsorship (1st semester or 2nd semester) : $500 Year sponsorship : $800 Teacher, Support Staff, and Volunteer of the Year Sponsor the yearly award given to the Nixa Teacher of the Year finalists & winnter, Support Staff of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. You will have the option to be present at the Gala at the end of the year to present the checks to the winners or just have it noted in the program that you are the sponsor as well as on all promotional material to the buildings referencing the Teacher, Support Staff, and Volunteer of the Year program. The sponsorship covers the cost of the awards. Pricing: $2000

7 High School Stadium Nixa Public Schools is offering advertisement opportunities to be displayed at Eagle Stadium. 8 Mobile App Advertising Get your business or organization s ad on the new Nixa Public Schools mobile app. Ads will appear in the Top Stories, Stream, and News sections of the app. There are over 10,000 downloads of the Nixa app and the app is and will continue to be used for messaging and a central hub of information for parents and students ad sponsor ad had over 100,000 impressions from July-June. 9 Athletic Website Advertise on the Nixa Eagle Athletics website. This portal for all things athletics will be the hub of information for Nixa Athletics. The athletic website has over 20,000 visits each month.
