The Finance Officer and Accounts Officer shall be Chartered Accountant with the experience of atleast one year. The Accountant shall be B.Com Ist. Division with 5 years experience or M.Com Ist Division/Chartered Accountant(Intermediate) with 3 years experience. These persons shall be responsible for financial appraisal of the Mass Rapid Transport Projects and also for maintaining the accounts of the Corporation. 8 Subject: - Employment of Manager Technical in Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Ltd.(HMRTC). Terms and Conditions of employment of Manager (Technical). (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (iv) (vi) (vii) (viii) (ix) The contract will be initially for a period of one year extendable by one more year or till a regular incumbent joins. He/She will be paid remuneration per month equivalent to last pay drawn by him/her in case no pension is admissible. However, in the case where pension is admissible the remuneration to be paid per month will be equivalent to last pay drawn by him/her minus the amount of pension per month as per Government s Rules in the first year of contract. In case the contract is extended after one year, remuneration shall be increased by 10% as admissible/payable initially under clause(ii) above. The contract can be terminated by giving 10 days notice or salary in lieu of notice on either side; The TA/DA on tour shall be admissible as per Govt./HUDA policy and guidelines for equivalent posts; Total of 10 casual leave only shall be admissible in one full year. Integrity Certificate will be required to be submitted from the previous employer that nothing adverse against integrity was recorded during the last five years. An affidavit as per specimen enclosed will be required to be submitted within a week before joining the duties, so that the contents of the affidavit could be verified from the previous department. The contract will be extended for another one year on the basis of performance.
