21 Multidisciplinary Endorsement A student may earn a multidisciplinary studies endorsement by completing foundation and general endorsement requirements and: (A) four advanced courses that prepare a student to enter the workforce successfully or postsecondary education without remediation from within one endorsement area or among endorsement areas that are not in a coherent sequence (B) four credits in each of the four foundation subject areas to include English IV and chemistry and/or physics (C)four credits in advanced placement, International Baccalaureate, or dual credit selected from English, mathematics, science, social studies, economics, languages other than English, or fine arts

22 Huntsville ISD provides students with the ability to create a 4 year plan, take college and career inventories and assessments, make course requests, and track credits through an online source. Login instructions: 1.) Username is HISD_(space)+first initial+middle initial+first 7 letters of last name+last two of ID# EXAMPLE: HISD_ imsample17 2.) Password is the student ID number EXAMPLE: After your first login, you will be required to change your password.

Click the Find button next to the Your child s school: field. 7. On the popup screen, highlight the name of your school and click Continue. When you are returned to the Create an Account screen, click Next. 8. Provide the required information on the Account Information screen. Once logged in, you can navigate the site for planning of careers, high school, college, and financial aid.

31 Click here once you have completed your 4 year plan. *Remember, your courses will have to be approved by your counselor based on graduation requirements.

32 Once you have Clicked, Submit for Approval, you are done! Your course requests are entered for next year, your four year plan is done! Your counselor will review your plan and make sure that you are on track to graduate with an endorsement.

33 No problem. You will be able to make changes for a couple of days after submitting. Your counselor will review your plan and make any necessary changes. After that, your plan will be locked and your courses will be scheduled for next year.
