1 CURRENT PLAN MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT 1. s shall be paid travel reimbursement according to the metro or non-metro plan based on a crew. 2. Metro flat rate of travel reimbursement from the Chapter Center to the Venue. 30 Mile = $15.00 and 40 Mile = $ Any school outside the 40 Mile shall revert to the Non-Metro mileage reimbursement for pay from that school. 3. Non-Metro portal to portal (round trip) officials shall be reimbursed one car at state rate, two cars at 75% of the state rate, or three cars at 60% of the state rate (A $10.00 riders fee will only be paid to officials exceeding three person crews and only when three cars are being paid). 4. Meals will be paid in the amount of $15.00 during the regular season and $30.00 during the playoffs when the distance traveled round trip from the official s home to the game site is greater than 150 miles. PROPOSED PLAN OFFICIAL S PAY 1. For 1 contest at a venue, the official s pay is the amount to the left of the slash in the official s pay column. 2. For 2 or more contests at a venue on the same date, the official s pay for the 1 st contest is the amount to the left of the slash and the official s pay for the 2 nd, 3 rd, etc contest(s) is the amount to the right of the slash in the official s pay column. OVER 150 MILE RADIUS 1. Chapter Center to Venue ( game fee plus round trip mileage minus 300 miles) will be reimbursed one car at state rate, two cars at 50% of the state rate, three cars at 33% of the state rate, four cars at 25% of the state rate, or five cars at 20% of the state rate. 2. Meals will be paid in the amount of $15.00 during the regular season and $30.00 during the playoffs.
