1 Process Flow of Online class 6th Application Form filling through CSC for Admission to schools of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti As per the MOU signed between CSC & Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, online application filling for admission to schools of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti situated in 28 States and 07 Union Territories will be carried out through Common Service Centres. Important dates Start Date for filling online application :25 th Sep 2017 Last Date for filling online application: 25th Nov The process flow are as given below The eligible candidates along with his /her parent/guardians may approach Common Service Centre along with duly filled in certificate from the Head Master of School where the candidate is studying in Class V. The certificate will contain academic details of his/her last three years (III,IV & V). The format of certificate may be downloaded from Samiti website Sr. No Service Amount to be charged 1 Online Admission form filling facility Rs 35/- 2 Printout of Admit Card Rs 10/- Certificate The sample of format of Certificate is enclosed. This certificate is to be filled in hard copy by applicant, he/she will fill his/her details of class III,IV & V and get it certified from Head Master of School where the candidate is studying in Class V. After getting the certificate certified from Head Master of School, candidate will visit CSC and get his application filled online.

2 CERTIFICATE Certified that the information given below are correct in respect of (Name of Student) who is studying in Class V in (Name of School) and interested to apply for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test Name of Candidate Father s Name Mother s Name Date of Birth Boy/Girl/Transgender Category(Gen/OBC/SC/ST) Nature of Disability (PH/VH/HI) with percentage, if any Particular Class-III Class-IV Class-V Name of the School (studied III & IV and studying V) Category of School (Recognized/ Not Recognized) School Location : Rural / Urban Month and Year of Joining Month & year of Passing -- Name of the Block Name of the District Name of the State Verified from school records. Signature or Thumb Impression of the Parent/ Guardian Signature of Head Master (with seal) Note: The certificate is required to be uploaded along with online application for admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Class VI. If any information provided is found incorrect at any stage it will result in forfeiture of candidature/admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya

3 Step 1: VLE will login to Digital Seva Portal.

4 Step 2: Go to Government Service and search for Online Admission Form Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.

5 Step 2: VLE will ask candidate and guardian to give consent that they agree with the eligibility criteria published in prospectus by checking the box

6 Step 3: Candidate will be eligible to apply to a JNV located in same district in which he/she is currently studying in Class V. VLE will select District in which candidate is currently studying in Class V. Language to be selected in which candidate will give admission examination for class VI.

7 Step 4: Parent s/guardian s mobile number to be used for OTP purpose as all further information and updates through SMS will come on this mobile number.

8 Step 5: Candidate s Personal Information to be filled. Date of Birth to be in range of and after Photo to be uploaded size limit 30 kb

9 Step 6: Upload scan copy of Candidate s Certificate

10 Step 7: Details of class III,IV,&V to be filled from certificate certified by Head Master of School.

11 Step 8: Signature of Candidate & Parent/Guardian to be scanned and uploaded size 10 to 30 kb

12 Step 9: Preview is visible which has reference no.submit the Application and take print out of the application and hand it to parent/guardian of applicant.sms of submission of application will also come to mobile no used for OTP generation. When date download of Admit card comes, the applicant will come to CSC and will get his /her Admit card downloaded by providing Reference no.

15 NVS Class 6 th Application Form Filling through Common Service Centre Candidate will get certificate certified from the Head Master of School where he/she is studying in Class V. Candidate along with his/her Parent/ Guardians will go to Common Service Centre Eligible candidates will fill the details of class III,IV& V in certificate available on CSC Candidate will go to CSC and get his Admit card Downloaded when window for downloading Admit card opens by giving Reference no At CSC Through Digital Seva Portal candidate s application form will be filled and print out of filled form is given to candidate which has reference no.
