Sir/Madam, The SGFI Meet Hockey (U-19 for boys & Girls) and Rope Skipping (U-17 for boys & Girls) is being held in, Madhya Pradesh from 25th Dec., 2015 to 30th Dec., The last date for online entry to participate in the SGFI Meet in aforesaid game/event is 19th Dec., 2015 and the reporting date is 24th Dec., Details are given below:- SI Region Venue Sport Age No. of Boys & Girls No. Under Hockey U Boys & 18 Girls Rope U Boys & 06 Girls Skipping Total 48 (SGFI National School Games Calendar/letter is also attached for reference) 1. As the 46th KVS National Meet-2015 Hockey/Rope Skipping games are over, you are requested to obtain from KVS National Venues where it was conducted for above mentioned Game/Events as per SGFI norms. The expenditure on the board and lodging of the KVS teams will initially be met out of the funds of RSCB of your Regional Office and later on be got reimbursed from the NSCB KVS(HQ). 2. It is requested that specific instructions with regard to proper boarding and lodging of the team may be issued to the identified KV No.1, /KV No.2, with special emphasis on quality of Food to avoid complaints/grievances at a later stage. 3. The entry forms may please be downloaded for the SGFI Meet from the website of School Games Federation of India (SGFI) ( ) for filling up and registering the KVS team with them. Please ensure that all selected players/teams are registered as received from venues of 46th KVS National Sports Meet in the above said event. Please appoint a suitable Manager for the KVS teams to look after their welfare as well as their entry in the SGFI Meet. The Deputy Commissioners concerned may be requested to send Eligibility Forms of selected students (players) as per norms of SGFI in Quadruplicate duly signed by the Principal of their respective KVs. 5. SGFI may later make changes in dates & venues, therefore, you are also advised to check the \VANUA. of SGFI ( on daily basis and make amendment accordingly with intimation to this office immediately. 6. The expenditure on Registration charges/entry Fee of selected KVS teams and players, boarding and lodging, playing equipment, playing kit (SGFI players & TGT (PHE) deputed as coach) etc. for SGFI Meet of KVS teams and their transportation for venue Kendriya Vidyalaya to the venue of the SGFI Meet and back will be met by Deputy Commissioner, Region out of RSCB and later on the Bills/Vouchers after pre -audit, the expenditure be got reimbursed from the KVS(HQ). TA and journey time DA of the selected KVS players/team for the SGFI Meet from the concerned Kendriya Vidyalaya to venue Kendriya Vidyalaya will be provided by the concerned mother Kendriya Vidyalaya of the selected players out of their Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN). The expenditure of TA and DA of the escorting teacher will be met out of the School Fund as per KVS rules. 7. The Travelling expenses from Home to Competition Venue and return is responsibility of participating teams. (11) fliat&latimict The Organizing Committee is responsible for participant's accommodation & transportation arrangements during tournament and all technical arrangements in connection with the event. Each affiliated units must have insurance for all members of its delegation. Concluding compulsory insurance cover particularly health accident & travel insurance for all the member of its delegation by participation unit. The Organization of an extended stay for the delegation (before or after the event) is a matter for the state concerned. It shall not be the responsibility of the organizing committee. Each State/UT/Unit is required to provide. insurance for each member of its delegation. At a Maximum the insurance is to cover civil liability, material damage & Medical costs.

(b) Eligibility/Me Certificate :- All players should have official Entry & eligibility forms in new format duly signed/attested by the head of the institution/principal & counter signature by the competent authority of State/Unit/UTs. The team manager will be responsible for bringing the eligibility/birth certificate of the participants, which are to be handed over to the organizing committee. In toumament only official entry form signed by the competent authority of State/UT/Unit will be acceptable. In the lack of this signed official entry form it is not possible to participate in the tournament & not issue the merit/participation certificate.
