1 NAME: GRADE: STAR OF THE SEA CATHOLIC SCHOOL April 5 th, 2018 Dear Track & Field Parents, Our 2018Track & Field Season is starting soon and we are so excited that your child has chosen to participate on this year s team. The Track & Field Team is the largest team sport in our school. Track & Field requires a phenomenal number of dedicated Teacher and Parent Coaches and most especially, committed athletes. Significant hours have been invested by our Coaches to ensure good communication about the multiple Meet opportunities that will be experienced by our student athletes. Attached with this letter is a comprehensive outline about the season, a Parent/ Athlete Commitment Form and the Meet Permission Form. Please ensure that you read all information carefully and most specifically, submit the PERMISSION form by April 9th. Thank you for your support throughout the season and we look forward to seeing you at the Meets.
