L Amoreaux District Clerk x Others in attendance: Ed Gehm Dr. Eaton recommended the Board approve the minutes of held on July 11, 2006 and August 8, 2006 be approved and the following Warrant for the period ending July 31, 2006 be approved. The Superintendent recommends that the warrant for the period be approved as a consent agenda item. Commendations None at this time Correspondence For Executive Session 1

2 Policies None at this time. The entire policy book is now available for viewing online, but new required policies have not yet been added. Comments From The Public Ed Gehm, Town of Lisle Supervisor, reported that the Walker Avenue bridge by Owen Hill Road, has a 6 ton limit on it. This is effective immediately. 2. OLD BUSINESS Jeff L Amoreaux reported on the status of the Renovation Project to date. He also presented an update on the door project. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Committee on Special Education Dr. Eaton recommended the Board approve the recommendations of the Committee. b. Appointment Dr. Eaton recommended Board approval of Norma Snyder for the position of classroom aide at the Intermediate School, effective September 1, c. Emergency Repair and Replacement of District Equipment Dr. Eaton recommended Board approval of the resolution for the emergency repair and replacement of the items mentioned in the resolution. The resolution was made available to the Board prior to the meeting. d. Request for Non Resident Student Attendance Dr. Eaton recommended Board approval of Faith Lanfear, Grade 6, to attend WPCSD for the school year. 2

3 Dr. Eaton recommended Board approval of Jarrett Cron Grade 5, to attend WPCSD for the school year. e. Coaching Positions Dr. Eaton recommended the Board approve Chris Mills as Winter guard Coach. Dr. Eaton recommended Board approval of Amy Pitel for Modified Boys soccer Coach. Dr. Eaton recommends Board approval of Angela Wayne for Girls Modified Soccer Coach. Dr. Eaton recommends Board approval of Jessica Atwater Varsity Girls Swimming Coach. Seconded by Sara Kathleen Driscoll g.
