Gujarat Technological University organized Inter Zonal Basketball Tournament (Girls ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone, Surat Zone, Ahmedabad Zone, Gandhinagar Zone & Rajkot Zone- at L.J.Institute, Ahmedabad on 29/10/2014 & 30/10/2014. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology won the Tournament. Gujarat Technological University organized Softball Inter College Tournament (Boys ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone at Sardar Vallabhbhai Institute of Technology, Vasad on 29/09/2014 & 30/09/2014. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology won the Championship. Gujarat Technological University organized Handball Inter College Tournament (Boys ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone at A.D.Patel Institute of Technology, Vidhyanagar on 18/10/2014 & 19/10/2014. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology won the Championship. In addition to that, Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology was declared Winner in Inter Zonal Handball Tournament - all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone, Surat Zone, Ahmedabad Zone, Gandhinagar Zone & Rajkot Zone- at L.J.Institute, Ahmedabad on 20/10/2014 & 21/10/2014. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology was declared Runner Up in Inter College Football Tournament (Girls ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone organized by Gujarat Technological University at Parul Institute of Technology, Limda on 30/10/2014. Gujarat Technological University organized Volleyball Inter College Tournament (Boys ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone at ITM Universe, Jarod on 21/03/2015. Parul Institute of Technology won the Championship while Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology was declared Runner s Up. Gujarat Technological University organized Inter Zonal Volleyball Tournament (Boys ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone, Surat Zone, Ahmedabad Zone, Gandhinagar Zone & Rajkot Zone- at ITM Universe, Jarod on 25/03/2015. Parul Institute of Technology was declared Runner up. Gujarat Technological University organized Inter Zone Athletics Tournament (Boys & Girls ) for all GTU affiliated colleges under V.V.Nagar Zone, Surat Zone, Ahmedabad Zone, Gandhinagar Zone & Rajkot Zone- at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology, Vasad on 11/03/2015. Miss Tarannum Shaikh from Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology was awarded Gold Medal in both High Jump & Triple Jump. 2

Moreover, our students, Miss Tarannum Shaikh & Miss. Dimpi Joshi participated in GTU Inter Zonal Basketball Tournament (Girls ) & were conferred Best Player Award. Panchal Viraj, student of Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology, participated as Player in 10 th All India ICA (Indian Cricket Academy) T20 Cup approved from NYK Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India held at Lalsot, Dist. Dausa, Rajasthan State (India) from 23 rd December-2014 to 05 th January-2015 by Indian Cricket Academy. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology took part in All India J.G.Cup An Inter College Football Tournament organized by J.G.Commerce College, Ahmedabad between 10/02/15 and 14/02/15. Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology was declared Runner s up. Historic Achievement for the Parul Football Club- Parul Football Club-Premier Football Club of Parul University defeated Baroda Football Club in the finals of the Maharaja Fatensinhrao Pratapsinhrao Gaekwad Football Tournament to lift the historic trophy on 08/04/2015 in Baroda.
