Vol. CXV No. 23 NAIROBI, 15th February, 2013 Price Sh. 60 GAZETTE NOTICE NO THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA THE ELECTIONS ACT (No. 24 of 2011) THE ELECTION (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 2012 TALLYING CENTRES IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 (1) (a), (b), (c) and 9 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of Kenya, Part III to IX and Regulations 84 (1) and (2) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the public that the places listed in the Third Column to the First, Second and Third Schedules shall be the tallying centers for the General Elections to be held on 4th March, 2013, for all the various elective positions.
