1 The Whitehall-Coplay School District has demonstrated to evaluators that it is effectively advancing the quality of educational experiences it offers its students and meets its responsibilities to the public and to the profession of education. The Whitehall-Coplay School District meets standards for accreditation that are established by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and approved by the members of the Association and is, therefore, granted accreditation for the period of Superintendent s Message Children represent the future of our country, the foundation upon which all initiatives and positive changes for the 21st century must be built. It is the challenge for all school districts to recognize the importance of nurturing the individual abilities of our children and to provide an educational environment which will help those abilities to develop to their greatest potential. The Whitehall-Coplay School District is prepared to meet the challenge of enabling students to reach their potential and is committed to providing an educational environment which serves all aspects of our students needs: the intellectual, the physical, and the emotional. The Whitehall-Coplay School District is a service oriented organization committed to providing the finest educational program available. The district recognizes the need to continue to strive for improvement of curricular offerings, of facilities improvement, and in the development of each student in the utilization of computers and the latest technology, a keystone for each graduate in the pursuit of future careers. It is the purpose of this school district to provide an education which encompasses the broad goals of educational excellence and the specific goal of helping each child to reach his or her potential.
