1 QHS COURSE SELECTION Finding Program of Studies on our website: Log on to the Quincy Public Schools website at Go to Schools High Schools choose high school Guidance (on left menu). For QHS: the Program of Studies is at the top of the page. For NQHS: scroll down under Guidance Services to find the Program of Studies. Course Eligibility Requirements Prerequisites: Students must pass each year of a course within the subject area before taking the next course in the sequence. To continue in each sequential course of studies, a student should attain teacher approval or the following: level: Minimum grade 75 Advanced level: Minimum grade 80 To advance to a higher level of studies a student should attain teacher approval or: A final average of 90 or higher at the level to move to A final average of 90 or higher at the level to move to Advanced Some courses may have additional pre-requisites. See course description for additional information.
