1 Welcome to the SchoolHouse PTA Survey Thanks very much for taking this survey about the SchoolHouse PTA. The results from the survey will help inform the PTA's decisions as it plans for next year. Please submit your responses by Friday April 22. The survey is completely anonymous and we will publish the survey results at the end of the school year. Please click "Next" to continue.
