1 Seniors with siblings: We are taking sibling pictures for the yearbook on Wednesday and Thursday at lunch in M-103. Seniors, grab your sibling and head to the yearbook room on Wednesday 1/17 or Thursday 1/18. Remember attendance is always lighter on the first day. College and Career Readiness Corner Students that took the PSAT in October can pick up their test booklets from Ms. Taddei in the College and Career Center. Student score reports are available online at College Board. To create an account with College Board, visit: College visits: Southern Oregon University will visit WHS on Tuesday, uary 23 at 9:30 am in the counseling office. Register on Naviance. Seniors still have time to complete the FAFSA or the California Dream Act Application for financial aid to help pay for college expenses. To be eligible for a Cal Grant, seniors must file their applications by March 2. Odyssey Recovery will return on Monday, uary 22. All students who expect to participate in Odyssey Spring Semester must see their counselor to obtain a new enrollment form. No If students you are should playing be parking baseball in the this South season Lot. then this is the news for you from Coach Avila: Weight training: WHS Weight Room Mondays 7:00-8:30 Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 Thursdays 7:00-8:30 Open Field: WHS Varsity Baseball field Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 4:00-5:30 (tennis shoes or cleats) Project Graduation Information: Six months and counting till Graduation Night, June 2! The biggest and best party will be happening here at WHS and all your friends will be there! $60 for 6 hours of fun, food and prizes is a great deal! Planning Meetings are held on the 3 rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 Windsor High Room D-115. Please come if you are interested in helping in any way! The next meeting is this week, uary 17 th. Parents of Freshman, Sophomore and Juniors are asked to help plan and work the event to pay it forward so others will do it when your student is a Senior. It feels great to be a part of this awesome group of Volunteers.! Scholarship Information from the California Scholarship Federation: Attention CSF students! It is time again to reapply for CSF. Please see Mrs. Cordell in D109 to get your application. Turn in applications, a copy of your grades and $5 by Friday, February 9 th. Seniors, remember that you must qualify at least 1 of the semesters in your senior year. Sophomores, this is your first year to qualify for CSF. If you have mostly A s and B s, stop by D109 to see if you qualify!

Senate Forum 1/25 2A All Core Senators report at the theater at the beginning of 2A Spirit Cards: Windsor is starting their first ever spirit tour! This year we are bringing out spirit cards. Every time you come to an approved spirit tour game you will receive a stamp on your spirit card. The students who receive the most points will be awarded a prize at the end of the tour!

Please check out Windsorhs.com to get all you're graduation & senior information! **Student Auditions** Auditions for Graduation Performances, National Anthem & Spanish Welcome Types of performances include: vocal, instrumental, and ensemble (solo or group). WHS would like to see a diverse representation of our Senior Class. Audition forms will be available in the Main Office and Interest Forms are due to Carrie Carstensen in the Main Office (A201) by Friday, February 2nd. Auditions will be held February 8 & 9th. News from Nueva: On the evening of Thursday, February 8 th, world renowned poet, Dana Goia ( will be performing alongside middle and high school students in the WHS theater (time to be determined). After the performances, Mr. Goia will be answering questions about his career in the arts and the publication process, as well as signing copies of his work. This is a free event, open to the entire Windsor community! If any students would like to participate in the evening by sharing their original music or poetry, they should contact Mr. Richards ASAP.
