Call to Order/Mission Statement Lakewood Local School District, in a unified partnership with families and community, is committed to providing all students maximum opportunities to develop as life-long learners and productive citizens. II. Roll Call: Good Gulick Phillips Thorp White III. IV. Pledge of Allegiance Additions/Deletions to Agenda V. Approval of Agenda Adoption of the Agenda approves adoption of the Consent Agenda Items under the consent agenda are considered routine and will be enacted under one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time of the Board votes unless a Board member requests an item be clarified or removed from the consent agenda for separate action. All personnel approvals are contingent pending receipt of all employment materials. Education approves the Agenda as presented. VI. VII. VIII. Bus # passenger - $1, Bus # passenger - $1,500 MOTION: Moved by, seconded by, that the Lakewood Local School District Board of Education approves the Treasurer s Consent Agenda as presented. IX. META Solutions Cooperative Advertising and Receiving Bids for School Bus Chassis and Bodies Whereas, the Lakewood Local School District Board of Education wishes to advertise and receive bids for the purchase of one (1) 77 passenger bus and one (1) 48 passenger lift bus. Therefore, Be it Resolved that the Lakewood Local School District Board of Education wishes to participate and authorizes META Solutions (META) to advertise and receive bids on said Board s behalf as per the specifications submitted for the cooperative purchase of one (1) 77 passenger bus and one (1) 48 passenger lift bus. MOTION: Moved by, seconded by, that the Lakewood Local School District Board of Education approves the Advertising and Receiving Bids for School Bus Chassis and Bodies as presented. X.
