2 Mission Statement It is the mission of USA Elite Select to create opportunities for elite fastpitch players to showcase their skills in competitive settings; provide resources that educate and empower athletes, coaches, and parents; and to walk alongside our athletes in serving the community. USA Elite Select is committed to providing athletes the tools and the competitive platform by which they can accomplish their dreams in softball and in life. USA Elite Select Programs World Fastpitch Championships/Qualifiers Nationwide qualification process to determine the best teams in the country to combine to one event to determine the true champion on the field. USA ES Futures Program USA Elite Select has partnered with the USSSA Pride and National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) to bring the ultimate on and off-field experience for youth fastpitch players and parents at our Futures All American Tryouts. Players will compete to earn spots in the USAES Futures All American Games.

11 World Fastpitch Championship July 11-17, 2016 Kansas City Metro Area Event Activities USSSA Pride Games All Week The USSSA Pride will be in Kansas City all week playing an NPF regular season series. Select players will also be in attendance at several functions and will be taking part in some of the Educational Seminars and Roundtable events. Tournament Ceremonies & Tailgate Party On Wednesday, games will conclude early to have our Tournament Ceremony and Tailgate Party. This party will include several bands, vendors and booths, food and beverage options along with a few thousand of your closest friends. And at the end of the Tailgate Party, we will have a USSSA Pride game! Televised Championship Games At the conclusion of bracket play each age group will have their Championship Game broadcast on ESPN3 and CBS Sports.

15 USAES Futures Program USA Elite Select has partnered with the USSSA Pride and National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) to bring the ultimate on and off-field experience for youth fastpitch players and parents at our Futures All American Tryouts. As part of the tryout, players and parents will be educated on the core values of USA Elite Select. The entire USA Elite Select program is founded upon three pillars Competition, Education, and Community. To offer a comprehensive and competitive program that continues to grow our sport and the people involved, it is vital that we look beyond the field of play. Sports offer our young athletes a platform to succeed in life and USA Elite Select wants to make sure we create the right platform for those opportunities to exist. Further, it is essential to overall growth of the athlete and sport that we recognize all the parties who are involved athletes, coaches, and parents. 16 USAES Futures All American Games Team Selection Two Teams Per Region (Red Team/Blue Team) 12 Players Selected for each Team Direct Selects made following each camp (12 per region in each age group) Remaining Team Selections made up completion of all Camps Direct Selects At the end of each tryout we will be selecting players who will be named as Direct Select players for the All American Team. They will be informed of their selection only days after their tryout instead of waiting till the Selection Show airs after all the tryouts have been completed. At the conclusion of the Futures All American Tryouts there will be 12 Direct Select Players from each region in each age group with automatic bids to play in the All American Games.

19 USAES All American Fall Regional Elite Camps The USA Elite Select All American Program is designed to identify and showcase the top athletes in the country. The All American Program will consist of Regional Elite camps, our National Elite camp and All American Games at the World Fastpitch Championship, and exclusive educational and competitive opportunities and resources. This program will focus on player development, competition, education and college exposure. We use the latest technology at each camp to measure player performance and produce more objective results that players can use to assess their own ability, compare against others, and send to college coaches. 21 USA Elite Select Education The purpose of our USA Elite Select Education Program is to provide on-going education to our athletes, coaches and parents through our events and website. USA Elite Select understands that it is important to educate all parties continuously if we want to truly grow our sport. Through relationships with college coaches, professional players, and industry professionals, we will educate the entire community through various site events and our online portal. 23 USA Elite Select Community As a National Program, USA Elite Select aspires to bring our athletes, coaches, parents, and entire fastpitch community together to educate, inspire, and empower them to use sport as a vehicle to create positive change. The purpose of our Community Program is to educate, inspire, and provide opportunities for community service project through our events. We believe it is important to teach our athletes the value of serving and the value of giving back. Scholarship Programs Community Service Projects International Program Events Connecting NPF to Elite Events The USSSA Pride's Hallie Wilson is a utility player on and off the field. When she's not making SportsCenter Top Plays on the field, Hallie is a journalism major at the University of Arizona. The former NFCA All- American and Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year will be contributing monthly articles spotlighting teams, athletes, and coaches from around the country.
