There will be a registration table set up at the entrance of Brown Stadium on the ULM Campus. Registration will be on-going until 15 minutes prior to your race. Entry fee - $5.00 per individual; $60.00 per school (boys and girls); $15.00 per division per school. Use website instructions below to get Entry Blanks and additional information about the meet Uniforms or Race Attire: Teams are encouraged to wear school issued uniforms of like kind if possible. Individual or unattached athletes can wear shorts & T-shirts of their choice. Race Course: The Start and Finish areas will be at the same place for all races. The Start will be in the field behind Warhawk softball field and the finish will be on the track. Spectators: Coaches and spectators can go out into the fields to cheer on their athletes; however, one can see 80% of the race from the Brown Stadium bleachers.

Louisiana State Elementary and Junior High School Cross Country Championships Dear Cross Country Coach: Your team is invited to attend the Louisiana State Elementary and Junior High Cross Country Championships to be held on the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus on. Top 3 finishers in each group are eligible to compete in the National Congress of State Games of America in Lincoln, NE July 28 August 2, Return the enclosed questionnaire by November 3st, if you have individuals or a team that will compete in this meet. Coach, if you are not able to attend your athletes may enter as individuals and represent your school. Medals will be awarded to the top fifteen (15) in each race and certificates will presented to the first twenty-five (25) finishers in each race. Championship and Runner up trophies will be presented in each division. Entry Fee $5.00 per individual or $60.00 per school (boys & girls). Make checks out to North Louisiana Sports Alliance. Registration begins at the meet site (Brown Stadium- ULM Campus). 2. Fill out the Individual Registration and Release Form. Make copies of these forms and have your individual competitors fill them out prior to arrival at the site. This will speed up your registration process. 3. Pick up Name Tag and pin to the front and middle of your shirt or jersey. 4. Pay your entry fee. Teams may enter up to ten (10) athletes per division. First five (5) finishers score. 5. All runners must report to starting line ten (10) minutes prior to start of their race.

4 Team Registration and Release Form: 1. Fax to or the Team Registration and Release Form by November 3, A team must have five (5) runners to start and finish in a division to receive a team score. Therefore, include up to ten (10) names of athletes who could possibly compete in the meet. You will be able to add and scratch names on the list Saturday morning during registration (Packet Pick Up) 2. Note: Athletes whose names appear on the Team Registration and Release Form need not feel out the Individual Registration and Release Form. 3.
