2 High Schls Attended Multiple term types - Schls that ffer curses with varius term types, r have cnverted term types during the student s attendance On the High Schls Attended tile, reprt the High Schl first with the dminant term type, reprt the same high schl with a secnd entry fr the alternate term type. Dates may verlap if necessary. When reprting curses and grades fr each grade level, select the first r secnd high schl entry, which matches the term type needed. It may be necessary t reprt a prtin f a grade level as Semester, with a secndary prtin as quarter. Fr the curses where the student has nly earned tw grades, the curses shuld be reprted as semester, fr the curses where a student earns three grades, they wuld be reprted as trimester. Entering the incrrect attendance dates will prevent yu frm entering cursewrk n the High Schl Cursewrk tile. Yu MUST select the apprpriate term type(s) befre entering cursewrk. Changing the term type after entering cursewrk will delete all entered cursewrk. High Schl Cursewrk Middle Schl Curses t fulfill A-G Enter the curse and grades in yur 9 th grade year alng with yur ther 9 th grade curses. It is nt necessary t prvide the name f yur middle schl Entering Summer Schl After selecting yur grade level, schl and academic year, click n the Include Summer bx. Enter the Sumer Schl curse title, as well as the grade earned If yu cmpleted tw Summer sessins r the full year, enter each semester r sessins n individual cnsecutive rws Cllege curses used t fulfill A-G requirements Reprt the Cllege curse in the high schl grade level in which the curse was cmpleted Enter the Curse title and the semester/quarter grade earned Under Curse Type, select Cllege In Clleges Attended, list the campuses where the curses were cmpleted If the curses are nt being used t fulfill A-G subjects, reprt the curses and grades in the Transcript Entry tile Repeated Curses CSU defines repeated curses as the exact same curse with the exact same curse title taken at the same schl at a later time. If yu repeated a curse, enter the highest grade(s) earned fr the curse. D nt enter this repeated curse twice. If the repeated curse is planned r in prgress, enter the riginal grade earned, as well as the planned r in prgress curse as a new grade has nt yet been earned. 3 Only full semester curses may be used t repeat a curse. In the event that a curse is cmpleted fr less than the standard 5 units (1 semester), the applicant must cmplete a full 5 units befre the curse may be reprted with a grade earned.
