3 Policy Board Policy JFBA is your guide - Check it out! 1) Only one enrollment offer per student may be in accepted status at any given time 1) Enrollment offers expire after 5 days (expiration may be waived by school) 1) Siblings defined Siblings by birth, step-siblings, adopted, and foster siblings. Also included are children subject to legal guardianship or other children related by blood or marriage living with the currently enrolled student s family in a regular parent-child relationship and who are dependent upon the current student s parent/guardian(s) for support. 1) Child of Staff defined Solely defined as first-degree children by birth, step-children, adopted children, and foster children. 1) Accommodation will be made for siblings applying together (once one has been offered enrollment, the other is bumped up to sibling status) 1) Once a family has accepted an enrollment offer, the new school is considered their home school (to enroll in neighborhood school, they ll need to submit a Round 2 application, and enrollment is not guaranteed) 1) Once a student attends a school, they may continue to attend until their grade level is no longer served

12 Homepage Families will be able to view key dates, students linked to their account, and begin an application. Families will also see the application status for each student on this page.

13 Family Profile Families will verify that the information listed is updated. Changes to this information will be made directly in Jeffco Connect

14 Family Profile If a parent sees something is incorrect, they will be directed to Jeffco Connect and will not be able to proceed.

15 Family Profile - Families will enter their preferred mode of communication for EnrollJeffco purposes only and the grade the student is applying for. - Data entered here will not update other Jeffco systems. - Families can chose to receive s only or s and Text Messages.

20 New Student Questions Additional Questions - IEPs can either be uploaded, or delivered/mailed to the Special Education office. - Families who choose to deliver/mail an IEP will receive a separate reminder with instructions on where to deliver the documents.

21 Survey Questions - The enrollment survey is an opportunity for us to learn more about families school choices. - Families will answer these questions if they select their expected school, or when they accept an offer
