10 Distinguished Level of Achievement A student must earn the Distinguished Level of Achievement to be eligible for the top 10% automatic admission (UT Exception). The distinguished level of achievement requires 4 credits in math including Algebra II 4 credits in science all other FHSP requirements and at least one endorsement

13 Grade Point Average GPA is cumulative by semester Each year of high school is important High school credit earned in middle school is not calculated into the GPA (EXCEPTION Courses taken on the high school campus) All courses taken after the completion of middle school are averaged in the GPA except local credit courses (i.e. Office Assistant). Courses taken in the summer prior to 9 th grade are calculated into the GPA.
