The bus will leave the high school at 5:00 p.m. Cost is $12 per student to cover lights and bus cost.we will take a bus to tour some of the best spots for Christmas lights in the area including Tilles Park, Candy Cane Lane and end it with a stop at Ted Drewe's for some frozen custard. Permission Slips are on the TREND bulletin board and are should be returned to Ms. Pruneau by Friday, December 8th. FTA Mtg. on Monday, December 4 right after school in Mrs. Bauman's room. Come join this fun group! We will be planning our Christmas dinner and can food drive. Students and Staff: Do you want to help make the holidays special for a child in need? Check out the Key Club Giving Tree in Dr. Allen's office. Choose an ornament and purchase that item. Return the item to the tree or Ms. Lassing. We will take to the Jefferson County Toy Distribution Center on Dec. 13th! There will be an informational meeting for anyone wanting to run distance in track. The meeting will be in theater Friday, December 1st at 2:50. Student Council will host Cookies, Cocoa & Cramming on Tue. Dec. 19th from 3:00 5:00 pm. Winter Outside Guest forms are available at each office. Forms need to be turned into the Athletic Office by Wednesday, Dec. 13th and your outside guest has to be approved before a ticket can be purchased for them. SPECIAL REMINDER: If you are taking the December 9 ACT you must have your photo uploaded by Friday, December 1. ACT WILL CANCEL your registration if you do not have an approved photo uploaded by that date. FHS STUDENTS ONLY! Students have an opportunity to win one of these cute snowmen during the Pep Assembly this Friday. You can purchase your tickets this Thursday and Friday during lunches from Mrs. Lassing, Ms. Coale or a student sitting in front of the office. This drawing is exclusive to FHS students only and would make a GREAT GIFT for a parent or grandparent! Good Luck!

ALL OTHER STUDENTS WILL STAY IN 6TH HOUR CLASS. **Students who are not eating lunch must remain in the classroom. Any student not eating will be sent back to class. No student will be allowed to leave until busses arrive at approximately 11:25. Please remind students that we will dismiss when the busses arrive, which may extend a little beyond 11:25. If we release before busses arrive, it is a safety issue to have students standing on the bus lot when busses pull up. Final Exam Guidelines 1. All teachers are required to give and grade semester comprehensive finals. Finals are to be given only at scheduled times. To protect test security, no finals will be given early. Students who are absent on the day of finals will receive a zero. The semester final constitutes 10 percent of the semester grade. As stated in the student handbook, only unavoidable circumstances that require a doctor s note, funeral notice, or a court order will be approved for make up finals on January 3rd. 2. Busses will run at the regular time on Wednesday, December 20, Busses will run at 11:25 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, The last day for Vo Tech classes at Jefferson College will be December 20, No student will be released on Thursday until 11:25. Drivers exiting the student parking lot should exit left onto St. Mary s Drive. Please avoid creating any traffic near the Elementary, Intermediate and Middle Schools. Parent picking students up in front of the high school should make a left onto Westwind Dr. to avoid traffic on Sunshine.
