4 Endorsements and Pathways All endorsements must be finalized at the end of the 9th grade year. The selected endorsement will be continued throughout the remaining high school years. Additional pathways may be taken as electives beside the original endorsement pathway. Due to our 4x4 rigorous curriculum the students will have opportunity to earn multiple endorsements. Multidisciplinary Endorsement This endorsement pathway provides students with the opportunity to earn an endorsement from courses taken from multiple subject areas. The options include a coherent sequence or series of courses selected from one of the following: Four credits in each of the four foundation subject areas to include English IV and chemistry and/or physics; Four credits in AP or dual credit selected from English, mathematics, science, social studies, economics, languages other than English, or fine arts; Four advanced courses that prepare a student to enter the workforce successfully or postsecondary education without remediation from within one endorsement area or among endorsement areas that are not in a coherent sequence
