1 Cultural Studies Applicable to students admitted in Major Programme Requirement Students are required to complete a minimum 69 units courses as follows: 1. Faculty Package: 9 Any 3 courses from: ANTH1020, ARTS1003, CHLL1900, CUMT1000, CURE1000, 1110, ENGE1000, FAAS1900, HIST1000, JASP1090, LING1000, MUSC1000, PHIL1110, THEO1000, TRAN Required Courses: Elective Courses: (a) Any 3 courses from Religious Studies Area(s) 9 (b) CURE4014 or (c) 12 CURE courses at 2000 or above level, with at least 6 courses, excluding the courses taken to fulfill other Major Programme Requirements 36 Concentrations Students may choose to declare a concentration by taking the following elective courses in place 3 (c) above: Gender Studies (a) Any 4 courses, excluding CURE courses, that can be counted towards the Gender Studies Minor Programme (b) Any 3 courses from CURE2014, 2015, 2022, 2036, 2041, 3021 (c) 5 CURE courses at 2000 or above level, with at least 3 courses Religion and Culture (a) Any 2 courses from CURE1111, 1122, 1123, 1124 (b) 10 CURE courses at 2000 or above level, with at least 5 courses Visual Studies (a) Any 4 courses from CURE2014, 2025, 2027, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2035, 2042, , 3043, 4027, 4032, 4033 (b) Any 3 courses from FAAS1120, 1130, 1700, 3105, 3117, 4119, GLBS3402, JASP1130, 1140 (c) 5 CURE courses at 2000 or above level, with at least 3 courses Total: 69 Explanatory Note: 1.
