The reports to the Office of Marketing and Communications. Scope and Content Note: Sports represented in this series include men s and women s basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, and track and field as well as men s baseball, football, and wrestling and women s softball and volleyball. The files on each sport contain schedules, rosters, news clippings, statistics, programs, and sometimes records of game or meet results. The files may also include media guides produced by the, which list the schedule, participants, last season s statistics, and other information. Processing Note: As the files were received from the in no recognizable order, an alphabetical arrangement scheme was imposed. These files were transferred to the Archives in March 2003, with an addition in July Additional files transferred to the Archives in August 2005 were added to the series.
