Recommended for Employment 1. Approve the employment of Mr. Joseph J. Koval as a temporary professional employee, to teach 8 th grade mathematics at the Middle School, at a salary of $39, (B.S. Degree, Step 1), effective the school year. Mr. Koval earned a bachelor s degree in secondary education mathematics at Pennsylvania State University and was employed as a substitute teacher in the Lebanon School District. 2. Approve the employment of Ms. Wendy A. Posmoga as a temporary professional employee to be the library media specialist at the Sara Lindemuth Elementary School, at a salary of $48, (M.S. Degree, Step 6), effective the school year. Ms. Posmoga earned a bachelor s degree in elementary education at Millersville University and a master of science degree at Mansfield University.

3 3. Approve the employment of Ms. Shannon L. McNelly as a temporary professional employee to teach 5 th grade at the Thomas W. Holtzman, Jr. Elementary School, at a salary of $39, (B.S. Degree, Step 1), effective the school year. Ms. McNelly earned a bachelor s degree in elementary education at Shippensburg University and served as a longterm substitute teacher at the Thomas W. Holtzman, Jr. Elementary School the school year. 4. Approve the employment of Ms. Courtney Mitchell as a temporary professional employee to teach 5 th grade at the Thomas W. Holtzman, Jr. Elementary School, at a salary of $39, (B.S. Degree, Step 1), effective the school year. Ms. Mitchell earned a bachelor s degree in early childhood and elementary education at Bloomsburg University and served as a substitute teacher at Keystone Central School District following her graduation in May Approve the employment of Mr. Christopher A. Bailey as a long-term substitute teacher, to teach 6 th grade language arts at the middle school, at $39,070.00, effective the school year. Mr. Bailey earned a bachelor s degree in elementary education at York College of Pennsylvania and was employed the school year as a long-term substitute at the middle school. 6. Approve the employment of Mr. David Hepford, retired district speech/language clinician, as part-time speech/language clinician, at a pro-rated salary, based on $39,070.00, effective the school year. 7.
