2 Basketball Boys Basketball Elementary - Grades 3rd - 5th (Fall 2014) Dates: July 7-10 Time: 2:00 3:30 p.m. Fee: $35 (includes T-shirt and Basketball) A fun camp with basic skill instruction, contests, and prizes. Varsity Players will assist with this camp. Middle School - Grades 6th - 8th (Fall 2014) Dates: July 7-10 Time: 2:00 3:30 p.m. Fee: $35 (includes T-shirt and Basketball) Varsity Players will assist with this camp. High School - Grade 9th-12th (Fall 2014) Dates: June 10, 5-7 p.m. June 11, 3-4:30pm More information once teams are selected Location: East Valley Middle School No Fee **Note: Summer league teams will be picked from this camp. Girls Basketball Session 1 Elementary and Middle School Grades K - 8th (Fall 2014) Dates: June Time: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30am Fee: $35 (includes T-shirt and Jr. Basketball) Session 2 Elementary and Middle School Grades K - 8th (Fall 2014) Dates: June Time: 2:15pm - 4:00pm Location: CCS Fee: $35 (includes T-shirt and Jr. Basketball) High School Grades 9th - 12th (Fall 2014) Dates: June 2-5 Time: 3:00-5:00 No Fee **For more information contact Rob Collins At These camps are designed for the basketball players to improve basic skills. We will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork and offensive/defensive strategies.

3 Participants: Incoming 9th - 12th grade (Fall 2014) Football Dates: June 2 6 and June 9-11 Time: 2:45-4:30p.m. June & 20th Time: 9:00-11:00a.m. July Time: 8:00-11:00 a.m. Fee: $250 per person (Includes T-shirt, Hudl login for 2014 Season) ALL SESSIONS-APX & Scrimmages $75 includes (Includes T-shirt, Hudl login for 2014 Season) - JULY CAMP ONLY Camps are designed for the upcoming season to develop fundamental skills. The June sessions will conclude with a controlled scrimmage with Rogers & Mt. Spokane high school. Players will receive their gear and lockers for upcoming season. Weightlifting Grades 7th - 12th (Fall 2014) Dates: June 3rd 3:30-7:00 PM Days: M, T,W, Th June 23rd-Aug 14th Time: see APX registration for specific times Location: East Valley HS Track and Weight Room Instructors: APX Training Staff Fee: $120 for 32 sessions ($3.75 per session) Weightlifting will help students and athletes in many ways. Muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning will all be improved throughout the summer. Athletes will be using a set weightlifting and running program to enhance player performance in the upcoming season. We will expect athletes to wear shirts and not wear hats to training sessions. 4 Girls Volleyball Grades 3rd - 8th (Fall 2014) Dates: June 9-13 Time: 6:00pm 8:00pm Grades 9th - 12th (Fall 2014) Dates: June 9-13 Time: 3:00pm 5:00pm Each participant will receive well-rounded instruction from our East Valley coaching staff. The emphasis of the camp is to help introduce/develop all fundamental skills of volleyball through instruction and game-like activities. Girls Soccer Grades 7th - 12th (Fall 2014) Dates: July :00 AM Noon This camp will be designed for girls soccer players to improve basic skills. We will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork as well as offensive and defensive strategies. This camp also is to prepare potential squad members for the upcoming fall high school season.
