5 SENI OR STATUS? Freshman Sophomore Junior Senior To participate in ANY senior activity, you will need at least 16 of the required credits and a 1.9 unweighted GPA. To have less than 7 periods scheduled on campus: you need to be a DE student or meet ALL graduation requirements (17 credits, 2.0 GPA, and FSA/EOC testing). If you do not have enough credits to be considered a senior, please speak with your counselor about Summer School, OCVS, or any other means to get yourself on track.

6 DUAL ENROLLMENT Valencia 3.0 weighted GPA Make qualifying score on the PERT, SAT, or ACT for college level classes, OR make qualifying scores on Alg 1 EOC and Reading FSA for intermediate classes. Only using FSA and EOC scores for program acceptance will limit the college courses you can take. Application opens on February 25 th from the Valencia DE website. FALL TERM: Application Deadline: March 25th Test Scores Deadline: April 15th UF- Online Junior or Senior in high school 3.6 unweighted GPA One of the three following tests: SAT- with a 1100 composite score ACT with a 22 composite score PSAT- with a 1130 composite Application opens on February 4th from the UF Dual Enrollment website Application Deadline: May 5th UCF Junior or Senior in high school 3.8 GPA based on recalculation of core classes only One of the three following tests: SAT- with a 1330 composite score (EBRW + Math) ACT with a 28 composite score Deadlines to apply: March 1 st for Summer May 1 st for Fall November 1 st for Spring *Minimum scores do not guarantee admittance into program If you will be applying for a program for the first time you will need to pick classes as if you will be attending WOHS next year. Counselors will adjust schedules as necessary once you have registered for courses over summer.

17 REGISTRATION DAY January 28th-February 1st in the Media Center You will sit in a row for your specific counselor and speak with them individually If you do not submit a form, your counselor will choose classes for you and you will have 7 periods scheduled IMPORTANT: You will be signed up to take 7 periods if you are not meeting all graduation requirements. If you are on track for graduation, you can take a minimum of 4 courses depending on transportation and parent signature. It is recommended to take 5-6 academic classes senior year if applying to major universities. You must have a parent signature if you are on track and only going to take 4 courses for the year.
