Syllabus 2018-2019 Class :VIII IMPORTANT NOTE : 1. The assessment structure and examination pattern in the session 2018-19 for classes I-VIII comprises of Term I and Term II of 100 marks each.

1 Syllabus Class :VIII IMPORTANT NOTE : 1. The assessment structure and examination pattern in the session for classes I-VIII comprises of Term I and Term II of 100 marks each. (As per new guidelines from CBSE) 2. Marks and grades both will be awarded for individual subjects. TERM -1 (100 Marks) (1 st half of the session) 20 marks + 80 Marks for Exam assessment-10 Marks Activities in each subject at the end of 1 st session-10 Marks - Subject Enrichment Activity 5 Marks - Copy Submission 5 Marks 50% syllabus will be covered in Half yearly Exam TERM-2(100 Marks) (2 nd half of the session) 20 marks + 80 Marks for Exam assessment-10 Marks Activities in each subject at the end of 2 nd session-10 Marks - Subject Enrichment Activity 5 Marks - Copy Submission 5 Marks Classes (I-V) Remaining 50% syllabus will be covered in Exam VI-10% of 1 st Term + entire syllabus of 2 nd term VII-20% of 1 st Term + entire syllabus of 2 nd term VIII-30% of 1 st Term + entire syllabus of 2 nd term English Subject Chapters & Topics 1.
