Sl Post Minimum Essential Qualification Consolidate d Pay TGTs A. Essential Qualification: Rs.26250/- 1. Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of English Hindi Sanskrit Maths Science Social Science Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate ; Bachelor s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under : a. For TGT (English): English as a subject in all the three years with English Literature. b. For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as a subject in all the three years. c. For TGT ( Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years. d. For TGT (Maths): Bachelor Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, and Statistics. e. For TGT (Science) -Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. f. For TGT (S. St.) - Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography. 2. B.Ed or equivalent qualification from recognized University. 3. Passed in the Central Eligibility Test CTET (Paper-II) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. 4. Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English media. B. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. 7. PRTs A. Essential Qualification: a. Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. b. Diploma or Certificate in Basic Teachers Training of a duration Rs.21250/- 1

2 8. Computer Instructor 9. Sports Coach not less than Two Years i.e. ETT, JBT etc. Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) from recognized university. c. Passed in the Central Eligibility Test CTET (Paper-I) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. d. Competence to teach through Hindi & English media. B. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. A. Essential Qualification: 1. At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following:- B.E. / B. Tech (Computer Science)/BCA /MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) M.Sc.(Electronics with Computer Science component)/ M. Sc.(IT)/B, Sc. (Computer Science). Bachelor s/master Degree in any Science subject/ Mathematics from recognized University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from government recognized University/ Institute. Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized university with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from government recognized University/ O level from DOEACC. Post Graduate degree in any subject with minimum A level from DOEACC. B. Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English media. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Physical Education (B. P. Ed.) or equivalent. NIS Diploma/Degree or equivalent / specialization in any game Rs.26250/- Rs.21250/- INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES 1. Applications Form on prescribed format is available on Vidyalaya Website. You should download from website and printed on A4 size paper, self made Application Forms/Resumes will not be accepted. 2. Duly filled application Forms along with self attested photocopies of certificates and testimonial should submitted to the Vidyalaya office latest by before 1 PM. 3. All the Certificates/Degree must be from recognized Boards/Universities only. 4. At the time of Interview the candidates must have originals certificates/degree for verification. 5. Incomplete application forms will be rejected and no claim after the last date of submission of Application Forms. All entries in the Applications Forms should be written in capital letters. 6. CTET is one of the essential Qualifications for the appointment to the Post of TGT & PRT. 7. Candidate should not fill in those qualifications in the application form for which they have appeared in any of the examination whose result is awaited/ withheld/ not declared/marks sheet not received till the last date of submission of applications. 11. The selection will be done on the basis of candidate s Academic and Professional Qualification, Experience and performance at Written/ Interview. 12. The date of Interview will be at 8.00 AM onward. 13. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview. 14. Applicants are required to paste 1 recent passport size photograph (size 35 x 45 mm) facing camera duly attested by self. 15. Service condition-teacher engaged on contractual basis would have no claim or right for appointment on regular basis nor will be a part of the cadre of teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya. i) Teacher appointed on contractual basis will not be entailed for vacation pay and during autumn/winter Break Payment shall be calculated on pro rate basis. ii) Teacher will not be entitled for pay, if remain absent on working day, in case of absence from duty, payment will be calculated on pro rate basis. iii) Working hours shall be same as regular teacher. 16. Duties and responsibility of contractual teachers- A) Regular classroom activity/copy checking. B) Invigilation duty/evaluation work. C) Helping students and colleagues in preparation and organization of different curricular / Co curricular activities in the Vidyalaya. D) All other works assigned by principal. 17.
