1 BANK OF BARODA PREMISES FOR OFFSITE E-LOBBY Bank of Baroda intends to acquire commercial premises for opening of its new offsite e-lobby on lease basis preferably on ground floor and as per carpet area at following places Centre Name for Offsite E- lobby Sector 13, Indira Nagar, Lucknow Preferable Area in Sq Ft Preferable Area in Sq Mt (Approx) (Approx) Bank of Baroda invites proposals / offers in two-bid system from Owners / Builders / Developers having clear and marketable titles over built-up commercial property only having carpet area as mentioned against the name of proposed centre, for acquiring the same for opening of Branch on lease basis at above mentioned places. Preference shall be given to offers from Public Sector Units / Bank s / Undertakings and Government / Semi Government organizations / institutions. Offers in two sealed envelopes in conformity with two-bid system should contain the following details on prescribed format. Envelope No. (1) Marked Technical Bid should contain full technical details viz. location of premises with detailed address, sanctioned plan drawn to scale with completion/occupation certificate, carpet area of portion to be acquired, specification of internal finishes, amenities, car parking facility, electrical load, distance from railway station etc. Give no indication as to price aspect in Technical Bid. Bid ders please note followings a) Premises should be commercially approved from Govt. Authorities/Local bodies. b) Commercial electrical three phase connection of 10 KW shall be provided by Landlord at their own cost. c) Vitrified Tiles size 2 x2 on flooring, Shutter at entrance, Water supply shall be provided by Landlord at their own cost d) Space for DG Set & Parking on ground floor, V-sat Antenna/Signage & Solar Plate on the roof top shall be provided by landlord for which separate rent shall not be given by bank. Envelope No. (2) Market Financial Bid should contain strictly financial details viz. rate per sq.ft. on carpet area, details of municipal taxes and lease expenses etc. (Carpet area shall be internal finished wall to wall area measurements including all internal partitions, walls, Columns, Door Jams, Balconies, Bathrooms, Lavatories, Kitchen and Pantry but excluding Shafts/Ducts, Stilt, Covered/open parking spaces, Lifts, Staircase, Lobbies, Open terraces, Pump Room, Flower Bed, Loft portion, Watchmen/s Chowky, Storage Tanks, Chajja, Canopies, Worship Places etc. Offers not as per two bid system will not be considered. Offers should be valid for minimum period of days from last date of submission. No brokerage shall be paid.
