In this connection, the principals of affiliated colleges are hereby requested to download the relevant documents, conduct the programme as per schedule and make the Inter-Collegiate Sports Meet a grand success. Each College can be permitted to represent Maximum 14 Participants irrespective of Gender and Events. Two runs One jump or one throw (or) Two throws One jump or one run (or) One run One jump or one throw Individual championship will be decided on the bases of following points. The winners of the respective event should be sent to the District Representatives concerned nominated by the University (List Enclosed) on or before without fail. The team managers should bring the photo copy of the entry forms on the day of the meet.

Every Participant must wear in their College ID Card and Sports Dress. Participants should bring Authorization Letters from the Principal. Each College can be permitted to represent Maximum 14 Participants irrespective of Gender and Events. Each competitor will be permitted to take part in maximum 3 events excluding relay. Chest Numbers will be provided to all the participants in Relay event only. The participants in relay event must wear the Chest Numbers. The competitors, who unable to fail to report when call for, they will lose their chance to participate in the event. Participants should strictly follow the rules the spirit of true sportsmanship should be observed. All the participants and accompanying with their Team manager is requested to report for registration by 7.30 am on the day of meet. Accommodation will not be provided for the participants The breakfast and lunch for the participants can be made by own arrangements. All the participating colleges are expected to take part in the opening ceremony March- Past in Athletic costumes (proper uniform) along with College flag, Banner and bamboo sticks. TA/DA for the participants and team manager will be made by the respective colleges. Individual championship will be decided on the bases of following points. Place All Events other than relay For relay I 5 10 II 3 6 III 1 2 The winners in Filed events are decided by the following rules: ( Athletes will get only Three chances) 100 mts 200 mts 400 mts/800 mts For relay Will be selected from the heats and based on best timings Will be selected from the two or more heats and based on best timings Will be bunch start Will be selected from the heats and best timings will be given in I & II place The decision of Judges are Final The winners of I,II, and III place in District Level meets will be honoured by Medals / certificates and First and Second place is alone can be permitted to take part in the Zonal level Sports meet. The District Representatives should submit the List of winners in First and Second place of the respective event (by /Post) to the Zonal Coordinators concerned nominated by the University (List Enclosed) on or before
