4 Community Service Log Available on TVHS Website under Counseling Link. Turn in completed forms to counseling office or the career center (rm 207) 40 hours total required, but they can be completed at multiple locations and students do not need to wait for all 40 hours to be done before turning in the log.

5 How many community service hours are done? You can check the number of community service hours already turned into the school by logging into your Infinite Campus account and selecting the assessment tab.

6 Using Infinite Campus to check graduation progress If total shows red, then student has not planned the correct classes for graduation. If total shows green, then the student has either already completed this requirement or has it planned. The + next to the category name will list the classes that meet this requirement.

7 What is your student s plan after HS graduation? The students decided what to select from the drop down menu. If you have not discussed these choices with your student, then this screen would be an excellent conversation starter.

Merge PSAT results and Khan Academy account for personalized test practice for SAT Some majors will require SAT subject tests. 18 State Testing: CAASP with EAP (Early Assessment Program) EAP is now embedded in the CAASPP exam all juniors take in the spring semester Standard Exceeded = Student deemed ready for college level courses. Scores determine which category CSUs will put student: Standard Met = Must take a course higher than Algebra 2 as a senior &/or do ERWC instead of Eng 12 and earn a letter grade of C- or higher. Standard Exceeded Standard Met Standard Nearly Met Standard Not Met Standard Nearly or Not Met = May need to take an Early Start summer program for remediation and enroll in additional support course alongside college level course.

19 TVHS/MSJC Dual Enrollmenta great opportunity! Allows qualified high school students to earn college and high school credit while meeting high school graduation requirements For some this is an additional option other than AP courses Courses are offered here on the TVHS campus during the regular school day. Fast paced, rigorous courses A college semester course equals a full year high school course. Saves you money. Courses are free. Boosts your GPA because the GPA for DE courses is weighted. (One semester of Math 105 is 10 credits of weighted GPA. Spanish 101 & 102 are 15 credits of weighted GPA in each semester.)

20 Dual Enrollment Qualifiers must... have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. meet the minimum score required on the ACCUPLACER placement exam given in January on the TVHS campus.
