3 AGENDA / MINUTES: Discussion: Topic 1. Welcome Carla Boyum Topic 2. Booster By-laws Jim Glazier Discussion: We talked again this month about the booster by-laws that were presented again this month by Jim Glazier the high school principle. We had many questions about them. We passed them and are now seeking people to be on the board of directors. We had a few sign up. We will have a meeting with those individuals before the next booster meeting hopefully to iron out some of the details.. Topic 3. Treasures Report/Concessions John Cook Discussion: Financials handed out for November, December.with John going over those. Concessions are doing pretty considering that both boys and girls basketball are the same season so people do not come as much since it could be more then once a week.. 3

4 Topic 4. Words from the Athletic Director Scott Weis Scott went over the dates that Caledonia will be hosting athletic events for this winter and some in the spring. So far on the calendar are: Feb. 14 OK gold wrestling district conference.
