EX/CGl(1)/39582/2011/CGE dt: 14/11/2011 As per this office letter read (1) above, proposals were invited for opening of examination / for SSLC Examination March Various District Educational Officers have submitted proposals in this regard. The proposals have been verified in detail. In absence of new or eligible proposals for new Examination/clubbing centres, sanction is hereby accorded to maintain statusquo with regard to examination centre for SSLC Examination March 2012 to the following District Educational Officers 1) Kannur 2) Thalassery 3) Vadakara 4) Kozhikkode 5) Thrissur 6) Irinjalakkuda 7) Chavakkad 8) Aluva 9) Ernakulam 10) Moovattupuzha 11) Kothamangalam 12) Kottayam 13) Kanjirappally 14) Pala 15) Kadathuruthy 16) Alappuzha 17) Kuttanad 18) Cherthala 19) Pathanamthitta 20) Kottarakkara 21) Kollam 22) Punlur 23) Neyyattinkara

2 24) Attingal 25) Thiruvalla. It is also directed to ensure that only those schools having due recognition are included in examination centres list. The application for granting recognition, if any lying pending should be disposed forthwith and the same should be communicated summarily. As per the Government order read (3) above, 60 schools have been upgraded under RMSA project in Kasaragode, Wayanad, Palakkad and Idukki out of which 45 schools have SSLC batch for the academic year In order to enable the student in those schools for appearing the examination, following arrangements are made with immediate effect. No The proposals submitted by unaided schools which are already having clubbing arrangement from Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Tirur, Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kothamangalam, Kanjirapplay and Kollam DEOs for sanctioning new examination are not found eligible to be considered since the criteria prescribed in this office letter read (1) above for the above purpose are not accomplished. Hence the DEOs concerned are directed to maintain their statusquo as clubbing centres. The Proposals received from Thamarassery, Wandoor, Malappuram, Tirur, palakkad for clubbing arrangements have been verified and found eligible as the schools have Temporary/Permanent recognition for the academic year To enable the students appear SSLC Examination March 2012, following clubbing arrangements are made with immediate effect. As there are 193 students and the Government have approved this school as an independed school, this school is hereby declared being an examination centre for SSLC Examination with school code and centre code as Sanction is hereby accorded to District Educational Officer Thiruvananthapuram to maintain statusquo of examination centres except cente no Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Vazhuthakkad.

6 Sanction is hereby accorded to District Educational Officer Ottappalam to maintain statusquo of existing examination centres except those schools presented their students for SSLC Examination March 2011 on the basis of court direction. Sanction is hereby accorded to District Educational Officer Mavelikkara to maintain statusquo of examination centres except cente no KIT EMHS Kareelakkulangara. Examination centres will be sanctioned to those schools, whose recognition is under consideration of Government/DPI/Honourable Courts, in accordance with the further directions from the authority concerned.
