A candidate who wants to avail benefit of reservation shall submit a disability certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format as per directives of Govt. of India.

2 Educational Qualifications & Experience Candidates must possess the following qualification and experience. Only post qualification experience will be considered for the purpose. Sl No. 1 Post Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) Qualification & Experience Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Two years experience in repair & maintenance of plant and Machinery in Chemical plants. 2 Junior Assistant Graduate with two years office experience 3 First Aid Dispenser Matriculate with First Aid certificate from a recognized institution approved by the Govt. preferably with experience in compounding. 4 Fitter Grade III ITI trade certificate from the recognized institution in the Fitter trade with 3 (Three) Years experience in the trade. Relaxation and Concessions Upper Age limit for persons with disabilities shall be relaxable by 10 years (15 Yrs. For SCs/ STs & 13 Yrs. for OBC candidates) Other Benefits: VDA, HRA, Medical re-imbursement, LTC, Gratuity, 12%, Leave encashment, Subsidized canteen, conveyance allowance etc as per the Rules of the company. 3 copies may be sent directly subject to the NOC being produced at the time of interview. 5) Name of the post applied for must be clearly superscribed on the top of the envelope in Capital Letters. 6) The Management reserves the right to relax age, qualification and experience in case of exceptionally deserving candidates. 7) HIL shall not responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit in submission of documents within the specified time. Applications received after the due date will neither be entertained nor returned.
