Subject: Admission in D.El.Ed Course through NIOS for Sahayikas and Samprasaraks Sir, As you know according to the RTE Act 2009 every teacher have to acquire 2 years D.El.Ed within March' 2019 otherwise their services will be terminated. In these circumstances, you are requested to instruct all the untrained Sahayaks/Sahayikas and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas of your District to register his/her name in D.El.Ed course through NIOS immediately for admission. The NIOS has already published admission notice in it's portal. The NIOS portal for online registration monitoring of the untrained inservice teachers IS Herein to mention that only Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas having name in DISE and are being paid honorarium upto date are to be enrolled themselves for the said course. In case of any non-payment of honorarium to them, reason of non-payment proposals are to be sent to PBRSSM for approval of enrolment. You are therefore requested to instruct the Panchayat Samities to take appropriate steps to enrol all the Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas under their jurisdiction for the said course. The process of enrolment by the Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas are to be completed within 10th September The verification by the Muksha Sahayikas/Sahayaks and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas or In-Charges are to be completed by 12th September 2017 positively. Important Link 1 Login/Registration/Entry by the Untrained Teacher 1.1 Registration by the Untrained Teacher The Teacher will register by providing the Following information o -ID o Mobile o UDISE Code o Password (6-8 Characters) 1.2 Login by the Untrained Teacher Once the Teacher Registers then he/she can Login into the system by providing the -id and the Password given during the registration in the previous step. 1.3 Entry by the Untrained Teacher The following has to be entered by the user i.e the registration form I. Date of appointment: DD : MM : YYYY Submit Button After Submission, the entire form with entries will be displayed for view with following button Edit Button Payment Button The Edit Button will take back the user to the Registration Form else the Payment Button will take the user to the next step of registration to Payment gateway for making online payment of Course Fee. A 10 digit Reference number D+first 4 digits of the UDISE Code+5 digits of the serial no. (D ) is generated. Automated SMS Alert and is sent to the Teacher regarding registration details with Reference number. 2 Login/Registration/Authentication by the Principal of the School ~ 2.1 Registration by the Principal of the School The Principal will register by providing the Following information o -ID o Mobile o UDISE Code o Password (6-8 Characters) 2.2 Login by the Principal of the School Once the Principal Registers then he/she can Login into the system by providing the -id and the Password given during the registration in the previous step. 2.3 Authentication of the Teacher Record by the Principal of the School All the data of the Teacher registered with this UDISE code will be displayed in a grid form with Authentication Button

Step-3: Click box "For Teachers Registration" Step-4: Click "Click Here"on the 1st bullet to register Step-5: Fill appropriate data in the boxes. Enter the exact DISEcode in the s"box. Select Type of School (6th Box) as "Govt. Aided" presssubmit Step-6: a) Fill the "Teacher Section" with proper spelling b) Upload a passport photograph with signature.of the candidate with.jpeg extension c) Fill in the "Address Communication Details" properly with correct PIN Code d) Fill the "Personal Details"section i.
