3 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF PAY & PLAY SCHEME JSSPS 1. JSSPS will not be responsible for any injury/ loss of life during the playing period and no compensation or claim will be entertained what so ever. 2. All instructions imposed by the administration on his representative will be strictly adhered. 3. Membership Card will have to be compulsorily brought every and will be shown on demand to authorized Officer/Security Guard/ Stadium Manager. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the Stadium Complex. 5. Any deliberate damage/ loss caused the stadium properly will be recovered from the member at current costs. 6. Stadium Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel the membership of any individual without giving any prior notice/reason in the interest of efficient functioning of the arrangements. 7. During any booking by JSSPS in a particular stadium or any other reason JSSPS reserves the right to postpone the sports facility/membership without any prior intimation. However JSSPS efforts will be made to notify the members. 8. JSSPS will not responsible for loss or any valuable/cash. Members are advised not to carry Jewelers /Cash etc to stadium. 9. Fee will be Collected a week before the month from members between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon to Fri). The card will be automatically gets cancelled, if not renewed within stipulated period. 10.Documents required for membership: Two passport size photographs, Identity Proof, Date of Birth Certificate and also a proof indicates that applicant is not suffering from any contagious disease. 11. Only D.D will be acceptable in the name of JSSPS 12. Time will be set by the respective coaches however JSSPS reserves the right to change the time as and when required. 13. No parents /Guardians /Any other persons are allowed inside the ground or training Area. 14. All the playing related Equipment shall be owned by participants. 15. Every after three months there will be progress analysis meeting/trials, and after only promising players will continue the Training. The Form will be distributed and received by J.S.S.P.S office duly filled by the candidate at Khelgaon, Mega Sports Complex, Ranchi between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
